To manage new accounts, we are hiring several
senior consultants / project manager (m/f).
Your Role
As senior consultant or project manager, you will liaise with your customer and Consileon to ensure top-quality, on-schedule completion of operational and strategic projects or subprojects.
You will be in charge of one or several teams, lay out their work and keep your client up-to-date on their project’s progress. In close cooperation with the customer, you will develop conclusive problem-solving and risk management strategies. You will add value by contributing ideas, balancing costs against benefits, mapping processes, coordinating implementation and overseeing the handover of project results to your client’s business units.
Your Profile
You have at least three years of in-house or project experience in one of the following industries: banking, insurance, automotive, retail, IT, consulting. You have worked with business consultants before.
After graduating with distinction in economics, business administration, information technology, mathematics or science, you have gained both methodological proficiency and hands-on experience managing IT-related projects. You see yourself as a highly motivated and responsible provider of first-class service. You have a strong command of written and spoken English, a convincing demeanour, passion, consistency, efficiency, enthusiasm and excellent presentation skills. Travel required.
