I joined Consileon because I wanted to work both in IT and in consultancy. Over the years, I shifted my focus from business towards technology. At present, I am a senior IT consultant.
My initial months at the company were very exciting. As a novice in the consulting industry, I learnt something almost every day. On my first project, I really got into a sweat, but as my manager and mentor stood by my side whenever things got too hot, my debut turned out easier than expected.
Since many of my projects were about CRM, I gained a lot of experience with standard software from Siebel. Soon I grew into operational and strategic consulting for financial services providers. Having succeeded as a team leader, I would now like to oversee an entire project. By sponsoring complementary training, Consileon helps me get there.
