Between my doctorate and the establishment of Consileon, I had gained three and a half years of professional experience, including six months as a consultant. IT and business consulting appeal to me because I am a very analytic, goal-oriented worker. I also enjoy familiarizing myself with new subjects. At the beginning of my consulting career, I focused on software specification, but meanwhile my responsibilities have shifted towards development and technical project management.
Consileans have to live up to high expectations. That is why our project teams are so strong. With each of us contributing their unique talents and skills, we create synergies that result in something greater than the sum of its parts. To make it happen, we need to remain willing to face new challenges and venture into the unknown time and again. “Cannot do” or “not responsible” attitudes have been excluded from our repertoire.
